Order status, shipping, returns and refunds
We cannot help with orders. virilledge.com is an independent publisher. We do not take payment, we do not ship anything and we have no access to your order. If you have bought Viril Edge, contact the seller using the details on your order confirmation email or receipt — that is the only party who can look up, change, cancel or refund an order.

We read everything. We reply to corrections first. If you are telling us a number on this site is wrong, please include the source you are reading, because that is what lets us fix it the same day.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET. Most email is answered within two business days. We do not have a phone line — a publisher with no order system has nothing useful to say on a phone call about your delivery.
